POLICIES/CLIENT AGREEMENT

Cheddar Studios policies are agreed to upon payment. The booking client assumes liability for all guests in their party.

PAYMENT: All payments, if not paid online before your appointment time, are due the day of appointment before start time. 

  • RESCHEDULE/CANCELING: Rescheduling is only available 24+ hours in advance. 

    • If you wish to reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice, there is a $25 fee for rescheduling. 

    • Cancellations are nonrefundable.

  • BE ON TIME:  Be prompt. Appointments start and end on time. No early or late access is acceptable. 

    • Reservation is automatically canceled if the renter is 15+ minutes late past appointment start time. A cancellation in this circumstance is nonrefundable. 

    • $5 is charged for every 5 minutes that extend into the next appointment hour.

STUDIO HELP: A Cheddar Studios employee will be in the building to guide you throughout the space and answer any questions you may have upon arrival. 

  • EXTRA HELP: Assistants can be booked for an extra $25 an hour to help with moving gear/decorating sets.

  • HEADCOUNT: Maximum 15 people in the studio per appointment booking. Paying client is responsible for all guests in their party. 

SECURITY/BUILDING RULES: The building and studio have security cameras installed. You are giving the consent to be recorded on security cameras for surveillance purposes only.  

  • DAMAGE: All props, equipment, and furniture are required to be returned to its designated spot, clean and intact. 

    • A fee will be charged at owner discretion for spills, food, glitter, stains, or broken/stolen items at new cost. Fee is final once stated.

  • PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES: No smoking, drugs, or alcohol of any kind allowed in the Cheddar Studios building. 

    • $100 is charged if not followed.

NOISE POLICY: Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. Studio manager may ask you to lower the volume if needed.
